I am a wife, the mother of two teenage girls, an artist, a college student, an avid knitter (although I’m definitely more about the process than the finished product), and a grateful member of Al-Anon. I love animals, reading, photography and a wide variety of creative pursuits. I listen to many different types of music…..UGH! I hate these “about me” statements. All of that stuff I said is all true, but the real truth is that I have very little idea of WHO I am….I know WHAT I am, but that’s not the same, is it? I desperately hope that as I review and relive my past through therapy and on this blog that I will find some answers as to who my authentic self is. For now the best I can do is my new favorite quote, from a Calvin and Hobbes comic…..”From now on, I’m going to connect the dots my OWN way!”
